Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your Order within 30 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason. This window closes 30 days from the date you (or an authorized third party, excluding the carrier) take possession of the delivered Goods.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned Goods, issued to the original payment method used at purchase. No additional fees apply to this reimbursement.
Eligible for Return
- Goods purchased within the last 30 days
- Goods remaining in their original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable Goods or items past their expiry date
- Goods that can't be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Please note: Liquidation Pallet Deal does not offer product exchanges. All pallets are sold as-is and are subject to the returns and refunds terms outlined here. We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn't meet the conditions above. Only regularly priced Goods are eligible for refunds — discounted or sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
Return shipping costs and responsibility rest with the buyer. Please send all returns to:
We are not liable for Goods lost or damaged during return transit — we strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without confirmed receipt of the returned Goods or verifiable proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the return value will be issued once we receive the returned item, followed by a gift certificate.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift — or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before passing it on — the refund will go to the original purchaser.
