Order Cutoff & Processing Times
To keep your order moving quickly, here's how our daily cutoff works:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day
Note that processing time is separate from transit time. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We ship pallets to all 50 U.S. states through a trusted network of freight carriers, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
- Standard Pallet Delivery (LTL) — Best for orders of 1–6 pallets
- Full Truckload (FTL) Freight — Ideal for 6+ pallets or larger bulk orders
- Residential & Commercial Delivery — Liftgate and dock service available
- Delivery Timeline — 5–7 business days depending on destination
- Real-Time Tracking — Every shipment includes live tracking and delivery updates
International Shipping
We proudly serve buyers worldwide with full international freight and container loading services — great deals shouldn't stop at borders.
- FCL & LCL Shipping — Full Container Load and Less-than-Container Load options
- Worldwide Freight — Ocean and air freight to approved destinations
- Documentation & Customs Handling — We manage the paperwork on your behalf, including bill of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Estimated Delivery Time — Varies by region, typically 5–7 business days after dispatch
